How to Judge Best Moment With Astrology

Someone may already have decided that they are going to start a particular course, or go on holiday at a particular time, or have got married.  There may be little choice in the matter.  In such cases the astrologer can highlight the main kinds of issues that are likely to arise and point out where the greatest potential and problems are likely to be.

Many astrologers look at the chart for the time that a client first contacts them and the time of the first appointment.  Such charts can be highly revealing of the main issues concerning the client.  So, too, a chart set for a ‘first meeting’ can be extremely revealing of the significance and future course of the relationship.  The late poet laureate, Ted Hughes,, who had a good working knowledge of astrology, described the astrological factors surrounding his meeting with Sylvia Plath in his poem ‘St Bartolph’s’ in Birthday Letters and concluded:

That day the solar system married us
Whether we knew it or not.
